People

Richard joined Morgan Hemp 1986, and is a Director of the company. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a Registered Auditor.

Richard has over 25 years experience in providing business advisory services to clients and deals with a wide variety of clients ranging from multi-million pound turnover manufacturing companies to solicitor practices. His speciality, however, lies with property development companies, having advised many local construction companies on how to maximise growth potential and tax efficiency whilst minimising business risk.

Mark joined Morgan Hemp in 1990 and is a Director. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Mark specialises in small and medium enterprises as well as dealing with all aspects of corporate and personal taxation. Mark can advise on business start-up, and offers advice on business plans as well as profit forecasting and cash flow analysis.

Mark also specialises in all aspects of VAT compliance, and has an in depth knowledge of VAT legislation. He also deals with UK residency issues and taxation advice on property held and sold in the UK by Non Residents.

Mark's client portfolio offers him a broad understanding of business sectors and the daily challenges that they face. This knowledge, gained over 27 years, enables him to advise and guide his clients through any issues they are faced with, offering clear and jargon-free advice.

Richard joined Morgan Hemp in 2000. Richard is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Richard is the Audit Manager and a Director.

Richard specializes in providing audit solutions to small and medium sized companies as well as dealing in all aspects of personal and corporate tax. Richard’s current portfolio of audit clients include UK SMEs with a number of companies that are members of international groups and subsidiaries of companies listed on the FTSE 100. In addition, Richard also works with our solicitor clients to provide pro-active tailored advice to remain compliant with the requirements of the SRA Accounts Rules.

Richard’s experience gives him a wide range of skills and knowledge of many business and risk issues across multiple sectors, which allows him to expertly deal with the challenges faced by UK businesses.
